From first concepts to ribbon cutting in October 2005, Worthy and Associates, as prime consultants, assisted the City of Kirkland in designing and developing this 21 acre park. The project has combined the assets of natural areas (class 1 wetlands, streams, ADA boardwalks and bridges, riparian buffer enhancements, and interpretive viewing stations) with more active elements such as picnic and play areas, parking, and roadway improvements.
